8PM callout, leg injury at trail camp unable to continue. Challenging communication as the party had split up and was using small handhelds with poor reception. 2 member hasty team headed up the trail found a patient who had fallen and shattered his glasses embedding shards around the eye socket. Confirmed he was the party we were looking for he had been treated by a nurse who was hiking the trail. Helped lead the patient down to the parking lot where he refused further treatment and drove themselves to the local hospital.
